Cancellation Policy

Dear soon to be parents. For cancellation you have 7 days. After that timeframe, you can only reschedule your session. I know that life with a newborn is not always easy or predictable. That's why, after your 7 days of cancellation window, I give you %100 right to reschedule your session. You can use this package for; Newborn, Milestone session (can be done at 4-6 months) Sitter sessions (can be done 8-10 months) or Cake smash (around 10-13 months, doesn't have to be with a cake) Even an hour before the session, you can postpone if it's what you need. If you feel you can't make it to the session we booked, you should directly reach me and we reschedule it for a future session. If you need to postpone the session only by a few days and still need to book a Newborn session, please call me on 0151 660 99 259 and I can quickly see which days work for both parties. After your postponement request, if I cannot provide you with a date that fits you for your Newborn session, I will give your retainer back.
